We do also accept out of network insurances: United Healthcare PPO and Aetna PPO

We unfortunately do not accept Cigna healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid policies at this time. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

If you choose to pay out of pocket, we do offer a 15% discount for cash paying patients.
